Step 1: settings

Enter the e-mail address that you want to use to receive the forms.
No complicated on-line procedures to go through, no need to wait for third parties.
You can do it yourself within a few minutes, no knowledge required!

Step 2: enter the form questions

Decide what questions you want to ask and enter them in the grid.
You can use different type of form field, e.g. select boxes, select options in a pull-down menu, text areas etc. In this way you can create different kind of forms, e.g. forms for offers, job applications, orders, reservations, more info forms etc.

Stap 3: built-in editor

You can edit the templates with the built-in editor. In this way you can create own confirmation messages that will be sent automatically to the sender of the form, in this way you can also edit the template for the confirmation/thank you pages that will be displayed.

Personified on-screen
confirmations

After sending the form your visitor/customer will see the confirmation page based on your template.
This confirmation can be personified by using the data the visitor just filled out.
Editing a template is very easy, you can do it yourself, within a few minutes, no knowledge required! And, if you want to, you can edit the templates extensively becasue the templates are HTML compliant, even with javascript!
